Dublin Airport Strike Averted

    Breathe a sigh of relief-Thursday’s (April 2nd) planned strike at Dublin Airport has been cancelled. SIPTU trade union workers have been in talks today with SR Technics executives and have just announced that they will not be going ahead with their work stoppages which were due to take place this Thursday between 4am and 12pm. Passengers travelling to Cork, Shannon and Dublin Airports should prepare themselves for flight disruption next week.  Airport workers’ trade union, SIPTU has just announced that its members are due to stage an eight-hour work stoppage on March 30th.
