Business owner pleads guilty to grand larceny

A Buffalo rental car and towing company owner pleaded guilty in State Supreme Court on Thursday to a grand larceny charge for stealing more than $71,000 in sales taxes he illegally collected over three years, Jamie Woodward, acting commissioner of the state Department of Taxation and Finance, announced.
