Image by Getty Images via @daylife Australian airline Qantas has grounded its entire fleet of A380 airbuses, after an aircraft carrying over 400 people was forced to make an emergency landing when a section of one of its engines fell apart over Indonesia earlier this morning. The flight took off from London and was headed for Sydney.
