Nov. 23 (Bloomberg) — Ethiopia’s government sold National Tour Operation and Travel Agency Enterprise to ABC Plc, the country’s largest car-rental company, Capital reported, citing Wondafrashe Assefa, a spokesman for the nation’s privatization authority.
